1. Billing and Payment Terms

 

1.1 Payments: Payments for services provided by Top Martial Arts Suwanee ("TMA") are processed by a third-party merchant. Unless tuition is paid in full, any changes to the account (such as draft changes or pay-off) must be communicated to TMA at least 5 business days in advance.

 

1.2 Payment Processing: Payments will be drafted regularly regardless of circumstances. In special circumstances (e.g., with a doctor's note), tuition may be credited toward future payments.

 

1.3 Membership Termination: To terminate membership, a 60-day notice must be provided either through email or given in person at the TMA office.

 

1.4 Fee Adjustments: Rates and tuition fees may increase at the beginning of each year.

 

1.5 Late Payment: A 10% late fee will be charged on monthly tuition payments that pass the due date.

 

1.6 Contract Renewal: The contract will be automatically renewed unless a minimum of 60-day written notice to discontinue is provided.

2. Additional Fees

 

2.1 Belt Promotions: Belt promotion fees apply as follows: White-Orange ($50), Green-Blue ($60), Brown-PreBlack ($70). Each rank will receive a Certificate of Accomplishment.

 

2.2 Equipment and Special Events: Additional fees may apply for equipment purchases and participation in special events such as tournaments, camps, and school activities.

 

3. Liability Disclaimer

 

By enrolling in TMA classes or activities, the student/buyer/financial contact acknowledges and agrees to the following:

 

3.1 Refunds: There are absolutely no refunds provided.

 

3.2 Liability: TMA and its instructors shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injury and/or loss sustained by the student or persons in or about the premises of the school.

 

3.3 Fitness for Participation: The student affirms being physically and mentally fit to participate in all class activities.

 

4. Intellectual Property Rights

 

TMA reserves the right to capture video footage and images of classes and activities on its premises for use in advertisements and promotional materials.

 

5. Privacy Policy

 

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

 

6. Governing Law

 

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia/U.S.A..
